I love gadgets!
My
favorite gadget that I have found recently is a Vacu Vin Pineapple
Corer/Slicer/Peeler.
It does in less than a minute what was a pain
before. It makes lovely spiral rings of pineapple. I find myself
buying fresh pineapple more often. I use the tool and store the
pineapple ring in its own juice in the fridge. I bought the stainless
steel version, but there is a plastic version that works just as well
and is half the cost.
