So I was looking for an easy baby bootie crochet pattern. I found this posted all over pinterest! I tried it and it was very easy as the instructions and tag lines stated. However the finished project is more like baby socks than actual booties. Now as a sock pattern I think they are fast, easy, warm and fuzzy. Just not a real bootie pattern, so kind of misleading. The instructions were simple and easy to follow. It took 15 minutes to make one bootie, 30 for a set. They would be nice to have on hand in winter for an infant. However there was only one size and I would say after 6 months they would no longer fit. If you are good at crochet, then enlarging them shouldn't be a problem for you just add a couple of extra stitches to each row to add about 1/4 inch to the width and maybe an extra row or two to make them longer.

Here is the picture she has with the pattern:
Mine looked exactly like this except in light purple. They were a hit at the baby shower I took them to with a matching Tulip Hat I made as shown on:
These are easy and you could make a bunch to have on hand for new babies as they arrive.
Happy Crocheting!
