Cheesy Garlic Biscuits - PINTEREST NAILED!!!!


Nailed! I don't know about you but I love Red Lobster Cheesy Garlic Biscuits.  My husband demolishes them when they are brought to the table. I can't eat them because I am gluten sensitive. So I went looking for a new recipe to try that was Gluten Free and Low-Carb.  This is a fantastic substitute.  Very close in taste and look at the texture in the below picture.  


They were light and melt in your mouth good.  I was surprised to say the least.  Most Gluten Free or Low-Carb bread recipes I have tried tend to be dry and/or gummy in the middle, yuck.  These were by far the best I have ever tried.  They only have 2 carbs per biscuit.

I cooked them in my standard muffin pan and it worked great.  The recipe made 12 servings total.
